Assistant Manager, Group Accounting & Management Reporting

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, Group Finance, this role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely group financial reporting, including monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets. The position oversees group consolidation, statutory audit processes, and financial compliance while supporting accounting operations across non-hospital business units.

The role also provides strategic financial insights to support decision-making, drives process improvements, strengthens internal controls, and enhances reporting efficiency. Additionally, the incumbent plays a key role in financial system optimisation and team development to support the organisation’s long‑term growth.
