Assistant Manager – Group Human Resources

POSITION SUMMARY

We're hiring an Assistant Manager – Group Human Resources & Training to support and lead key HR functions across the MAA Group. This role will report directly to the Head of Group HR & Training and plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth HR operations, statutory compliance, and effective people processes across multiple business entities. You will act as a strategic partner to department heads, support HR digitalisation initiatives, and maintain a strong compliance and communication foundation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Full-spectrum HR Operations

• Support manpower planning, budgeting and workforce planning aligned with business needs.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including liaising with agencies, job postings, candidate tracking, screening and onboarding coordination.
• Manage employee records, HR administration and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
