Assistant manager- hedging/ forex management

Purpose of the Role:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing foreign exchange rate risks and hedging financial exposures arising from the Company's business and financing activities

The role will focus on optimizing cash flows, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal treasury policies, and supporting effective financial risk management

Responsibility

Identify, assess, and monitor foreign exchange exposures arising from imports, exports, foreign currency loans, External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs), trade payables and receivables, and intercompany transactions. Execute foreign exchange hedging strategies through forwards, options, swaps, and other approved derivative instruments in accordance with the organization's risk management framework and treasury policies.
