Assistant Manager HR

Global Marks Private Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager HR to support our HR function and contribute to organizational growth. This role will play a key part in enhancing HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation across our FMCG brands including Wavy, Glamix, Diapia, and Anytime.
What You Will Do?
Lead recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
Support performance management, learning and development initiatives, and career progression frameworks.
Maintain HR systems, employee records, and reporting to support decision-making.
Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
Support HR metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
