HRSI is looking for a progressive Assistant Manager - HR on behalf of one of its leading client organizations based in Karachi. This generalist role involves supporting the full talent lifecycle, labor compliance, and employee relations.

Key Details

• Location: Karachi.
• Experience: 3 or more years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a mid-sized organization.
• Education: MBA/MS in HR, MHRM, or a relevant Master's degree; BBA/BSc paired with CIPD/HR certifications is also acceptable when backed by strong experience.
• Skills: Solid grasp of Pakistan labor laws (PITB, EOBI, etc.) and proficiency in HRMS tools like Zoho People or BambooHR.
