Job Title - Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager – Human Resources (Singapore Focus)
Job Purpose
The Senior HR Executive / Assistant Manager – Human Resources is responsible for end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on Singapore, ensuring full compliance with Singapore labour laws, MOM regulations, and internal HR governance. This role oversees HR operations, payroll, employee relations, policies, and workforce support across Singapore, while providing regional HR coordination where required.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End HR Operations (Singapore)
Manage the full employee lifecycle in Singapore, including onboarding, confirmation, probation management, transfers, offboarding, and termination.
Ensure strict compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements.
Act as the primary HR point of contact for Singapore employees and managers.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
