Key Responsibilities
1. Industrial Relations (IR)
Lead and manage disciplinary processes: investigations, counselling, warning letters, and Domestic Inquiries.
Handle grievance management and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and fairly.
Ensure compliance with Employment Act, IR Act, OSH Act, Act 446, and all regulatory requirements .
Strengthen discipline, attendance management, and workplace behaviour expectations.
2. Employee Relations (ER)
Build positive employee engagement initiatives aligned with operational needs.
Support managers and supervisors on people issues, workforce discipline, and communication.
Monitor workplace climate, morale, and operational HR trends across both sites.
Lead initiatives to reduce absenteeism, turnover, and operational disruptions.
