About the Role :
Reporting to Head of HR Greater China, SEA, Korea, this incumbent is a member of the regional Greater China HR team. He or she will provide all-rounded HR services and support for Inveso Taiwan which is a regulated entity locally. This role will also support HR for other locations in Greater China. As member of the Asia Pacific HR team, he or she will work and engage in HR initiatives including but not limited to Workforce Planning, Employee Relations, Talent & Performance Management, People Development, Compensation & Benefits.
Responsibilities of the role:
Execute and ensure smooth HR Operations covering payroll, benefit administration, staff insurances, taxation, regulatory reporting, regulatory trainings and compliances, surveys; support HR Operations enquiries via MyConnect.
