Assistant Manager Human Resources

Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys being on the ground, close to people and operations? We're looking for a hands-on HR Assistant Manager to support full-spectrum HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding/offboarding for both operational and staff roles
Support performance management activities including KPI tracking, confirmation, PIP, promotions, and transfers
Manage industrial & employee relations, including disciplinary cases, domestic inquiries, and grievance handling.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare initiatives, including hostel management.
Oversee training & development, including HRDF matters
Ensure HR practices remain compliant with Malaysia Labour Law, ISO standards, and social compliance requirements
