Job Description

Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).Liaise with hiring managers on manpower planning and hiring requirements.Manage onboarding and orientation programmes.
Payroll & CompensationOversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.Ensure statutory compliance including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD, HRD Corp, etc.Manage employee benefits, allowances, claims, and insurance matters.Handle final salary computation including resignation, termination, and payment in lieu.
Employee Relations & Industrial RelationsAddress employee grievances and disciplinary matters.Conduct domestic inquiries where required.Ensure compliance with Employment Act and relevant labour regulations.
Performance ManagementCoordinate performance appraisal cycles.Support managers in performance evaluation and confirmation processes. Monitor probation revie...
