Job Responsibilities

HR Process Documentation

• Review and write HR Policies and Procedures
• Review and prepare HR process flowchart
• Follow up for the approval of company policies, procedures, and flowchart.
• Other relevant duties as assigned

On Boarding

• Ensure seamless and flawless on-boarding process (pre-onboarding and post on-boarding)
• Ensure new joiner's engagement
• Ensure completion of all the joining formalities
