· Responsible for actively hunting new customers, initiating contact through various channels, and maintaining long-term engagement to build a robust client base.
· Assess inbound and outbound leads for potential, segment based on priority, and nurture relationships through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
· Work closely with field sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and smooth transition from lead to active customer.
