• Assist in implementation and management of ITS solutions including GPS tracking, fleet management systems, automated fare collection, and passenger information systems
• Coordinate with IT, operations, and vendors for system integration and uninterrupted operations
• Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and reporting dashboards
• Support troubleshooting, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, data security standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare technical reports, performance analysis, and presentations for management
