IBSTEC is looking for a skilled and motivated Assistant IT Manager to help lead our IT operations and ensure seamless system and network performance. If you have strong technical expertise in VoIP, networking, and IT infrastructure, and are ready to step into a leadership role, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do

• Support the IT Manager in planning and managing IT infrastructure.
• Lead VoIP deployments (FreePBX, Elastix, ViciDial) and ensure system reliability.
• Oversee network operations, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• Implement and manage VPNs, routing, switching, and security measures.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, updated, and aligned with business needs.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, and system upgrades.
• Guide and support IT staff and end-users with training and solutions.
