Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities
Support and manage SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost & Profit Center Accounting), ensuring accurate financial postings, controls, and period-end closings.
Develop, enhance, and support ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, and user exits in line with business requirements.
Coordinate with Finance, Controlling, and IT teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical/functional solutions, and ensure smooth system operations.
Support SAP S/4HANA enhancements, integrations, and upgrades, including testing, documentation, and user training.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company SOPs, providing timely resolution of system issues.
Prepare technical and functional documentation, perform UAT, and support go-live and post-implementation activities.
Experience
4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO and/or ABAP, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
