You'll work closely with the Sales Manager to lead the team, boost revenue, and make sure our customers have an experience worth talking about.

• Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies
• Help lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit (and exceed) targets
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and share actionable insights
