Position: Assistant Manager – Fire & Safety (Technical)

We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Fire & Safety to manage, inspect, test, and ensure compliance of all fire protection and detection systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local fire authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Fire Hydrant Systems, including diesel, electric, and jockey pumps, hose reels, and PRVs.
• Supervise Sprinkler Systems design, installation, testing, and maintenance as per NFPA 13 & NFPA 25.
• Oversee Fire Alarm Systems, including smoke, heat, and beam detectors, control panels, and system programming in line with NFPA 72.
• Conduct fire risk assessments, gap analysis, and technical audits to ensure system effectiveness and compliance.
• Ensure fire pump testing, commissioning, performance evaluation, and troubleshooting.
