Assistant Manager, Key Accounts

Principal duties and responsibilities.

• Key account management by creating a successful partnership engagement with key retail partners (modern and lower trade).
• Responsible for achieving key account sales performance in alignment with the agreed annual sales budget and targets.
• Develop sales and trade plans for key accounts, and ensure proper execution of the activities
• Supervise and manage a team of Sales Advisors to drive operational effectiveness and sales achievement.
• Plan and organise road shows and events to raise awareness and sales of the assigned brand.
• Collaborate with the principal, business partners, and internal teams on marketing, product launches, training, etc.
• Sales forecasting and inventory management of the assigned brand.
• Prepares relevant reports for management and principals on the assigned product line
