VSTECS KUSH SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to join our dynamic Legal & Corporate Service team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality legal counsel to support the company's corporate and commercial objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of general and corporate commercial contracts and legal instruments
• Identify and mitigate legal risks related to business transactions and contracts
• Oversee compliance with applicable commercial, corporate governance and regulatory laws

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in commercial contract management, corporate law or in-house legal roles
• Bachelor or Master Degree of Law (LLB or LLM)
• Have knowledge on ISO standards
