Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and service quality
• Lead and support service crew during peak and non-peak hours
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and food presentation are maintained
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations
• Assist in staff scheduling, briefing, and on-the-job training
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and SOP requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant or F&B operations
• Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Experience supervising service crew is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented
