Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager (Accounting & Finance) with 2–3 years of experience in legal compliance, taxation, accounting, and financial reporting. The role requires managing regulatory portals, audits, banking, payroll taxation, and coordination with internal departments. Person with good eye for accounts and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory & Tax Compliance

• Handle SECP filings, company changes, and related portal matters
• Manage PRA compliance including CPR preparation, input/output tax, export proceeds, registration, and changes
• Manage PSEB & PASHA annual renewals and compliance
• Prepare and file FBR withholding tax challans, monthly statements, and annual returns
• Knowledge of tax treaties (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.) is a plus
