Job Description

• Design an integrated Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum that aligns with the organization's leadership strategy. This curriculum will serve as a roadmap for staff training aligned with career milestones, ensuring they are equipped for current and future roles.
• Work with external training consultants to deliver LPD programs, providing a top-tier training experience. Oversee effective pre- and post-course reinforcement for better knowledge retention and application.
