Assistant Manager Leasing

TCRS Restaurants Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing Malaysian F&B group with an expanding nationwide outlet network. We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager Leasing & Retail Development to support our restaurant expansion strategy across Malaysia. This role focuses on new outlet site sourcing, location feasibility studies, market research, and leasing coordination. You will work closely with landlords, property agents, and internal stakeholders to drive successful outlet rollouts.
