Being in a fast-paced environment, they are on a hunt for a competent legal counsel to join their organisation and be a part of their robust legal team. Your new roleAs the Assistant Legal Manager, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Negotiating and drafting legal documents and agreements

Providing legal advisory to the organisation

Support and conducting legal research

Liaising with external counsels

Supporting contracting needs

Providing support in various corporate commercial transactions within the organisation
