Assistant Manager

We are looking for a talented candidate and the role will be responsible for;

Leasing

• Manage end-to-end lease renewals and tenancy administration.
• Prepare leasing proposals, rental analyses, and renewal justifications for management approval.
• Negotiate rental terms, tenancy renewals, and lease conditions with landlords.
• Support in Identify potential expansion, relocation, and rental savings opportunities and conducting site evaluations based on brand requirements.
• Support in securing atrium, pop-up, and promotional spaces to drive short-term sales.
• Monitor lease expiry schedules and ensure timely renewal or exit planning.
• Maintain accurate lease records and coordinate with Legal for Tenancy Agreement execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, mall management, and property agents.
