To drive the growth and engagement of our digital banking platforms. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that attract new digital users, enhance customer engagement with the bank's digital banking platform and its features, and contribute to the bank's digital leadership.

1. Digital Engagement & User Acquisition:
• Develop and manage ongoing customer communications to raise awareness of the bank's digital banking platforms, its digital services and features and foster sustained user engagement.
• Design, launch, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns and initiatives specifically aimed at:
o Driving digital user acquisition for the bank's digital banking platforms.
