Job Description:
Review and Monitoring Reporting Progress which prepare by subordinate
Collect, Analyze and summarize sales, net loss, expenses report
Train , motivate and develop people within department
Liaison with HQ Department & AM/DM to address issues facing by stores time to time
Improve department productivity through good people management skill.
Ensure assignment, project are reviewed, completed & publish timely
Collect data for consolidation and analysis
Highlight and escalate issues and risk to superior / management
Maintain good relationship with colleagues & other departments
Perform sales analysis, study net loss, manpower & expenses monthly
Present KPI reporting to HOD and Top Management if needed
Conduct Yearly staff evaluation for directly report staff
Attend and participate in sales & retailing related meeting when needed
Check subordinate reporting update regularly for efficiency improvement
