Assistant Manager

Job Purpose
To lead and manage Warehouse Management for Rapid Bus (RKL) and provide leadership, planning, technical direction, communication and coaching skills to ensure safe, high quality and most cost-effective warehouse management.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement overall warehousing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives for Rapid Bus warehouses (Rapid KL) which currently comprise of nine warehouses with more than 15k Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) at a total value of around RM40Mil in Klang Valley.
Lead and manage team of workers through motivation and coaching including dealing with issues such as recruitment, training, promotion and disciplinary of staff.
Oversee the operation of the warehouse including ordering, receiving, stocking, processing and distribution of materials.
