JOB DESCRIPTION:

The incumbent is overall responsible for management and execution of telemarketing campaigns. Work closely with business partners/ team to meet agreed performance and financial target.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Key liaison to manage third party call centre including handling customer complaints, operational issues.
• Monitor and review key campaign metrics and ensure campaign successfully meet financial targets.
• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendation to improve campaign performance.
• Proactively working with our business partner to monitor delivery, regularly optimize campaigns and identifying development opportunities to maximise the value of data assets.
• Develop innovative and marketable products suitable for each campaign including cross-selling activities
