Assistant Manager / Manager, Finance (1-Year Contract)

Provide functional guidance and support to overseas team to ensure financial operations are delivered in accordance with Group financial standards and timelines

Prepare and/or review monthly Corporate Entity and Country Sub-group consolidation, including management accounts of the subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates, perform financial analysis against budget and forecast on monthly basis and explanation of variances and trends

Manage Corporate Entity and Sub-group annual budgeting and ad hoc forecasting processes

Support investment and divestment activities

Liase with Group Treasury on funding requirements and Fixed Deposit placements for Corporate Entity

Prepare and/or review Corporate Entity and Country Sub-group quarterly reports and year-end disclosure templates
