The incumbent will engage and collaborate with divisions and departments to provide advisory on budget related matters and to ensure that there is adequate funding to meet divisions and departments’ operational needs, while optimizing budget utilisation.

• Engage and collaborate with divisions and departments to provide advisory on budget related matters, such as fund requests and declaration of unutilised funds.
• Coordinate and collate financial submissions to AGD and MOF, ensuring accuracy and timely submission whilst monitoring their financial performance.
• Report departments’ budget utilisation and highlight key risk areas. Study department’s budget plans and utilisation and conduct analysis to distil insights for more effective budget planning and management.
