Manage and lead a team of 3 HR and admin staff and to ensure their success.
Take ownership of the entire recruitment process including initial validation of hiring request (qualifications, job descriptions, competency, etc), determination of appropriate recruitment mode, review resumes, circulate to hiring manager and to arrange interview in a timely manner including conducting reference checks and finally making the offer.
Use of data analytics to generate HR reports; and to recommend actionable insights to improve retention and staff engagement.
Manage the HRIS system.
Take charge of updating the company and department organization chart, as needed.
Manage the work pass applications, and to ensure compliance with the relevant authorities, where necessary.
Take charge of staff insurance and medical program including sourcing for the best coverage and premium.
Office administration matters to ensure smooth operations.
