Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycles
Drive goal setting and implementation of KRA frameworks across departments
Coordinate KRA tracking, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisal processes
Manage rating normalization and prepare increment consolidation reports
Develop MIS dashboards and drive automation of HR reporting processes
