Assistant Manager, Manpower Planning

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Assistant Manager – Manpower Planning& Recruitment
to support strategic workforce planning, manage end-to-end recruitment, and oversee key HR operational functions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure effective manpower utilization, compliant HR operations, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

a) Manpower Planning & Recruitment

• Support the development and execution of manpower planning aligned with business needs and budget.
• Partner with business units to understand current and future staffing requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
• Monitor recruitment effectiveness, hiring timelines, and manpower utilization.
• Prepare recruitment and manpower reports, analysis, and dashboards for management review.
