This person will be the key point of contact for crew welfare matters, managing both physical and mental well-being concerns while working closely with internal teams, vessels, and external partners.

The role involves managing crew welfare cases across the fleet, including medical issues, emergencies, and sensitive personnel matters such as grievances and investigations. The successful candidate will drive well-being initiatives, including mental health programs, while delivering briefings and promoting awareness of support resources.
