Education / Professional Qualification

1.    Educational Background:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.

Additional certifications in palm oil milling or industrial management are a plus.

2.    Process Knowledge:

Strong understanding of FFB processing, oil extraction rate (OER), kernel recovery, and effluent treatment systems.

Familiar with MSPO/RSPO compliance.

Knowledge of mill performance KPIs and production benchmarking.

3.    Data Management:

Able to compile, analyze, and interpret technical & operational data from mills.

Proficient in Excel (pivot, dashboard), or other mill reporting systems.

4.    Presentation Skills:

Capable of preparing professional PowerPoint slides and presenting to top management.

Able to translate technical issues into clear business insights.
