Introduction:

SOP Group is an established plantation company expanding into pepper cultivation as part of its crop diversification initiative. We are seeking a motivated candidate with hands-on experience or a strong interest in pepper planting and field operations to support and develop this initiative.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Prior exposure or hands-on experience in pepper cultivation, estate operations, or related crop management (commercial or small-scale).
• Basic understanding of agronomy, soil management, fertilization, pest and disease control, or crop husbandry (formal or informal).
• Strong interest and willingness to be involved in pepper planting and development initiatives, including field-based work.
• Openness to training, upskilling, and knowledge transfer in pepper agronomy and operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations, research, ad technical teams.
