Job Description

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of US mortgage processing or mortgage operations experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
  • Hands on experience managing or supporting high volume loan pipelines in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and investor guidelines (FNMA, FHA, VA, USDA).

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).
  • Certifications such as Certified Mortgage Processor (CMP) are a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with LOS systems (Encompass, Blend, Calyx, etc.) and AUS tools (DU, LP).
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, disclosures, underwriting requirements, and closing processes.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, reporting, and workflow management tools.
