Position Overview
Assistant Manager – MFS OTC Regulatory Reporting (Chennai) – The role leads a team that delivers daily OTC‑derivatives regulatory reporting (EMIR, ASIC, MAS, SFTR) to the DTCC repository. He/She ensures all trade, valuation and collateral data are submitted on time, drives reconciliation, monitors key risk & performance indicators, and acts as the first‑level escalation point for BAU issues. The Assistant Manager also manages people‑performance cycles, work‑allocation and stakeholder coordination with on‑shore/off‑shore teams, account managers and senior leadership.
Job Responsibilitie
s Submit all OTC trades, valuations and collateral to the DTCC repository in accordance with regulatory timelines
. Review, correct and resubmit every NACK/rejection; achieve zero reporting rejections on T+1
. Reconcile DTCC positions with client positions daily to confirm alignment
. Prepare and publish monthly KRIs/KPIs, maintaining Green RAG status
