Assistant Manager - OTC - Regulatory Reporting

Position Overview
Assistant Manager – MFS OTC Regulatory Reporting (Chennai) – The role leads a team that delivers daily OTC‑derivatives regulatory reporting (EMIR, ASIC, MAS, SFTR) to the DTCC repository. He/She ensures all trade, valuation and collateral data are submitted on time, drives reconciliation, monitors key risk & performance indicators, and acts as the first‑level escalation point for BAU issues. The Assistant Manager also manages people‑performance cycles, work‑allocation and stakeholder coordination with on‑shore/off‑shore teams, account managers and senior leadership.

Job Responsibilitie
sSubmit all OTC trades, valuations and collateral to the DTCC repository in accordance with regulatory timelines
.Review, correct and resubmit every NACK/rejection; achieve zero reporting rejections on T+1
.Reconcile DTCC positions with client positions daily to confirm alignment
.Prepare and publish monthly KRIs/KPIs, maintaining Green RAG status
