Assistant Manager

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our petrol station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager in overseeing daily station operations
• Monitor staff attendance and prepare duty roster
• Handle daily cash closing and sales report
• Ensure proper stock control and ordering
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and SOP compliance
• Assist in staff supervision and training

1. Female candidate
2. Age 21 – 35 years old
3. Minimum SPM qualification
4. Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
5. Basic knowledge in cash handling and reporting
6. Responsible, disciplined and able to lead staff

7. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English

8. Honest and trustworthy
