PCIS Assistant Manager
Title: PCIS Assistant Manager
Function & Business Unit: Supply Chain
Location: Chon Buri plant
Reports to: Plant engineering manager
Global Level: GL2
Purpose of the role
The function is three-fold:
(a) provide PCIS (power, control, and information system) support to site, eliminate PCIS-related technical breakdowns and optimization of process and packing equipment OEE.
(b) plan preventive maintenance activities and improvement works for technicians to carry out associated task with all PCIS assets.
(c) coach and lead a team of PCIS technicians working on shifts.
(d) lead small improvement projects in plant on PCIS discipline working with process and packing equipment site leads.
(e) support major capital projects with regional project teams to ensure smooth hand over to the plant team.
