SOP Group is an established plantation company expanding into pepper cultivation as part of its crop diversification initiative. We are seeking a motivated candidate with hands‑on experience or a strong interest in pepper planting and field operations to support and develop this initiative.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior exposure or hands‑on experience in pepper cultivation, estate operations, or related crop management (commercial or small‑scale)
• Basic understanding of agronomy, soil management, fertilization, pest and disease control, or crop husbandry
• Strong interest and willingness to be involved in pepper planting and development initiatives, including field‑based work
• Openness to training, upskilling, and knowledge transfer in pepper agronomy and operations
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations, research, and technical teams
