Assistant Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Group Purchasing. He or she will be responsible for supporting the Purchasing department in various functions within WCT Malls including procurement activities, supplier management and cost optimization across all malls.
Your Responsibilities:
Handling of tender/RQ, cost estimation & quantity measurement.
To understand the Purchase Requisition Form (RQ) and related requirements as raised by requestor.
Organize and attend tender interview, update and follow up interview progress to ensure timely award.
Preparation of tender documents to invite competitive tender.
Assisting in cost estimation.
To source and request the quotations from the right suppliers.
To vet through the quotations, prepare the comparison/analysis for supplier selection decision making.
