Assistant Manager, Planning

The Assistant Manager, Planning & Production Control (PPC), is responsible for managing the holistic end-to-end planning and production control cycle to ensure stable, efficient, and predictable factory performance. This role oversees both Production Planning and Production Control, ensuring that demand, capacity, materials, and execution are fully aligned.

The Assistant Manager acts as a proactive bridge across all cross-functional stakeholders, including Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Program, and Management. By anticipating requirements, resolving constraints early, and ensuring accurate data governance in Epicor, this role drives strong on-time delivery (OTD), healthy job flow, and disciplined planning execution.

The position requires a hands-on leader who can analyze capacity vs. loading, manage scheduling risks, improve planning standards, and lead the PPC team to fulfil internal and external requirements efficiently and reliably. <...
