Assistant Manager, Plant HRBP

The role is responsible for executing foundational HR programs across the ~600-employee workforce. This role ensures seamless delivery of workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and communications & engagement activities
Working closely with HRBPs, you will be the backbone of HR service delivery on the ground—keeping programs on track, data accurate, and employees supported through key touchpoints in their journey
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
Talent acquisition & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end technician hiring logistics: schedule assessment days, manage candidate communication, coordinate medical checks, and prepare offer documentation.
Execute onboarding activities for new technicians: prepare onboarding packs, coordinate induction schedules, track completion of documentation (EPF, SOCSO, tax forms, uniform distribution).
