Assistant Manager, Plant Operations ( Can Making Section)

-To Plan, Lead, Co-ordinate, Organise and Control CMS Assistant Unit Lead, Bargainable & Contract staff to achieve the section and company Goals

-To assist CMS Manager in managing CMS plant productively and timely deliver the required quantity and meeting required quality of cans & lids (in-house production or from 3rd party) to F&P within the budgeted overhead and expenses

-To lead the performance delivery at Empty Can Making production line YR3 & YR4. Identify the weakness and opportunity thru effective actions plan from root cause analysis as per Autonomous Management’s requirement.

-Drive Safety and Quality standard implementation with effective MDT1/MDT2
