Job Description
BRIEF
The Assistant Procurement Manager supports the procurement function by assisting in the strategic sourcing and purchasing processes. This role involves working closely with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services and maintaining procurement records.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Effective planning and for policy administration pertaining to the daily operations of the Group Procurement Department as well as to ensure cost-effective products and services are provided to the organization with consistent quality and acceptable delivery levels.
- Ensuring all the purchasing processes and activities are in compliance with the Procurement Procedure and Policy.
- Initiate cost reduction in Tender Exercise for all supplies and services while meeting the Group's guideline & quality specification.
