Assistant Manager, Procurement

Tender Management - To coordinate & collaborate with BO to follow the guideline for the whole tender process starting from compliance assessment, NDA, RFP issuance up to EA sign-up. To work with Governance team for the initial assessment for the tenderer as part of due diligence process.
Procurement
To assist Senior Manager to ensure all BOs to adhere the policy/ SOP of procurement process
To ensure preliminary due diligence on the participating vendors completed by Business Owner
To manage the RFP document preparation, submission and opening process
To manage, safekeeping and as central register for all tender documents, correspondence and documentation under Tender Committee
To arrange meeting and as contact person with the potential vendors
To document meeting minutes and to record online meeting
To review presentation slide prepared by Business Owner
To prepare approval documentation, emails and memorandum
