Assistant Manager, Procurement

Tender Management -
To coordinate & collaborate with BO to follow the guideline for the whole tender process starting from compliance assessment, NDA, RFP issuance up to EA sign-up. To work with Governance team for the initial assessment for the tenderer as part of due diligence process.

Procurement

• To assist Senior Manager to ensure all BOs to adhere the policy/ SOP of procurement process
• To ensure preliminary due diligence on the participating vendors completed by Business Owner
• To manage the RFP document preparation, submission and opening process
• To manage, safekeeping and as central register for all tender documents, correspondence and documentation under Tender Committee
• To arrange meeting and as contact person with the potential vendors
• To document meeting minutes and to record online meeting
• To review presentation slide prepared by Business Owner
